Seminole Financial Services, LLC (“Seminole”) announced today the closing of an $8.69 million equity investment in a 324-unit market-rate multifamily project in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The equity investment, combined with a senior loan from Freddie Mac, will allow the developer to recapitalize the property and fund approximately $1.5 million in interior and exterior capital improvements.
